Keeping fit for sex is in everybody’s interest.

For Women:

Here’s an exercise that ballet dancers do that Kathryn Freeland, a fitness trainer, suggests can improve a woman’s sex life. Stand with legs shoulder-width apart, toes pointing out, then lower your bottom. This movement opens up the pelvis and strengthens the inner thighs. Repeat the exercise but don’t over do it!

For Men:

Keep your circulation in tip-top condition by working out vigorously for just 20-30 minutes a day. Researchers from Harvard School of Public Health produced a study of 31,000 men which showed that those men who did exercise like this were 30% less likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction – something we all want to avoid.
