Trying for a Baby?   Leave a comment

Studies by Australian scientists show that if a man has sex every day, the quality of his sperm is believed to increase by 26 per cent. While long periods of abstinence may increase quantity, sperms produced are exposed for longer to free radicals – the molecules that can damage cells. Freshly produced sperm are healthier and better quality.

For a comprehensive look at how sperm are produced, the right foods to feed them and foods to avoid; studies of the seminal fluid that deliver them, and what influences its appearance, consistency, odor and taste, read the chapter headed ‘Conception and Contraception‘.

Be kind to each other – love will follow – and babies!
