A study in the Journal of Sexual Medicine discovered if a woman slept for an extra hour, she’d have a 14% higher chance of enjoying a sexual encounter with her lover the next day.

Previous studies have shown lack of sleep releases cortisol – the stress hormone – which reduces testosterone, limiting her sex drive.

Reckon the same rule applies to the fellas, too.
