Dame Helen Mirren   Leave a comment

Did you read Dame Helen’s little bit of home-spun philosophy, when she was addressing young graduates with one of her top tips for life?

“Don’t confuse sex with love. Love generally lasts more than two minutes.”

Advice rarely gets any better than that!

Delay Spray for Men   2 comments

Today’s Daily Mail carries a double-page spread launching a not-inexpensive spray that men can apply to their manhood to delay the onset of their orgasm by as much as ten times. Established writers and contributors provide comments expressing their views on this product; an entertaining and good read.

But they all miss a serious point; well, two serious points actually. The first is that this is not new; orgasm delay sprays and creams have been around for decades. Secondly, and this is much more to the point, anything applied to the male member will be swiftly transferred to those female parts of the man’s desire. Result: she gets delayed, too!

If you’d like to arrive together, I have always maintained the best approach is for the woman to do her best to orgasm as quickly as she can while her male lover concentrates on delaying his orgasm until she is clearly about to climax. Simple – and free!

Happy love-making.

Get Some Sleep In   Leave a comment

Researchers in the US asked more than 93,000 women aged 50 to 79 about sleep and sexual satisfaction. Those who slept for 5 hours a night, or less, had less satisfying sex lives.

Want a good night’s rest? Have sex first!

It’s a Super Healthy Activity – Official   Leave a comment

Have you heard about the ‘Two Week Challenge’? You must have sex every single day for 14 days. This is good for you. Really.

Reported in the Mail on Sunday this morning, Kate Garraway, a presenter on UK ITV, wrote about interviewing her friend who had just spent two weeks in Paris, doing The Challenge, with her husband! It doesn’t matter where you do it, in the bedroom, in the kitchen, in the cupboard, on the stairs – just don’t miss a day. For two weeks.

Studies carried out in Israel showed that women who had two orgasms a week were almost a third less likely to have heart disease. Another study at Queens University, Belfast, found that having sex 3 times a week could slash your heart attack and stroke risk.

It is a super healthy activity.

There is now evidence that it improves your cognitive function and appears to ward off dementia.

What have I been banging on about all these years?!

Happy Love-Making.
